Bajaj Pulsar N125 will be powered by the 125 cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine seen on the Pulsar 125

The teaser for the upcoming Bajaj Pulsar N125 hints at some new design features. The motorcycle has been confirmed to get a purple hue. Its fuel tank extensions are adorned with a new graphic design, accented by pops of fluorescent yellow, giving it a vibrant look. It is no secret that Bajaj will focus on luring first-time customers with this model.

The Pulsar N125 is set to be another mass-market model aimed at achieving high sales volumes. Bajaj has been steadily growing its Pulsar lineup, and the introduction of the N125 is expected to attract an even broader customer base. To compete with the Hero Xtreme 125R and TVS Raider 125, this new offering will strengthen Bajaj’s position in the highly competitive 125 cc segment.

The Bajaj Pulsar N125 will feature sleek styling in line with the rest of the Pulsar N series. In terms of performance, it will be powered by the well-known 125 cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine, the same one found in the Pulsar 125. This engine will be paired with a five-speed gearbox and the performance numbers will be akin to the rivals.

It is expected to come equipped with an all-digital instrument cluster, similar to other models in the Pulsar lineup, and could potentially offer Bluetooth connectivity. The expected pricing for the Pulsar N125 is around Rs. 95,000 (ex-showroom).

The suspension system consists of telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock at the rear. For braking, the standard setup includes a front disc brake and a rear drum brake. However, the top-spec variant will come with rear disc brakes, complementing the front disc, and will also feature a single-channel ABS system.

Spy shots of the Bajaj Pulsar N125 have revealed several key design elements, including an all-LED headlamp, sharp body panels, black alloy wheels, halogen turn signals and split grab rails and seats. Besides the Pulsar N125, Bajaj has plans to launch a variety of new models across different segments within the next 12 months, further expanding its lineup.
