While sorting rubbish on the conveyor belt, the man noticed a package that wasn’t like the rest. The large plastic bag, that was sealed shut, was warm to the touch and seemed to be moving. The man grabbed it just in time as it was creeping towards the end of the belt.
He took the package aside and opened it. To his dismay, he pulled out a Tuxedo kitten. She was distraught, and the man shuddered in disbelief. Who could do this to an innocent animal? Who could be this callous?! The kitten, now safe in the man’s custody, purred in relief.
The kind man wrapped his arms around the cat and gave her a much-needed hug. He calmed her and told her it would be okay, and that her past is just that! In the past!
